Our house welcomes you in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech in a beautiful garden covered with olive trees and palm trees.
15 minutes from the ramparts of the city, Dar Marja can accommodate 10 people in 5 beautiful rooms that are very well equipped.
Everything has been thought of for your comfort. The house is organised around a traditional patio open to the heated pool during the coldest months of the year. On the terrace or in the dining room our team serves you quality cuisine from fresh market produce. Our hammam and massage room are also at your disposal for moments of relaxation.
The villa has a clay tennis court. And, the house staff take care of everything for you.

The villa offers great facilities (pool, gardens, boules court, golf course), which are matched by fabulous cooking from Selma, and Najib is a brilliant maitre d’hotel. We stayed in much more than we thought - because we were so well looked after, and enjoyed the space, freedom and ambience of the place.
We have stayed in Palmeraie before, so the trip to town didn’t worry us - and the recommended taxi drivers were great. An upgrade to the shower facilities would be a good idea though.

The house team are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, it was our daughter’s birthday whilst we were staying there and they went out of their way to make it special.The house is gorgeous and the heated pool was divine. The golf, tennis and boules kept everyone entertained…don’t hesitate to book!
Great service by Villanovo, everything ran smoothly which meant we didn’t have to think or worry….bliss! Would definitely use again.

Les espaces intérieurs et l’équipe très professionnelle, très sympathique et réactive ainsi que la qualité de la cuisine préparée pour nous.La piscine, le tennis et le practice de golf combinés dans un jardin luxuriant avec vue sur les montagnes.
La disponibilité, l’attention et l’assistance de Villanovo (merci et bravo Mathilde !). Ce fut une expérience fabuleuse avec un accompagnement hyper professionnel et vraiment rassurant. Il n'y a qu'à demander et Mathilde trouve tout.
Bref, on a adoré !
La 5eme chambre (très belle) n’était pas signalée comme étant une annexe (c'est à dire séparé de la maison principale).La literie était un petit peu ferme à mon goût.

Staff. Straightforward food situation. Facilities in the garden. Deep pool.Villanovo team was very authentic and friendly. Communication was variable particularly with Riad, I had to call several times with no reply. Once Mathilde connected, this was better.
Great taxi organising and on time. Having bicycles would be great.
Annex bed is very firm.Unclear that 5th bedroom was separate and room map would be helpful in the booking process.
