Villa Dar Marja is a traditional house located in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech. Offering a heated pool, a steam room, a massage room and the services of qualified house staff, this luxurious property has everything to ensure you have a serene and relaxing stay.

 

The house, decorated in warm colours and welcoming, is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, and is organised around a central patio open to the pool and garden. A covered terrace is arranged around the patio, and near the pool, you will find a second sunny terrace where you can, if you wish, enjoy your meals.

 

A main entrance will then take you to the lounges: on the one hand the large living room with fireplace, furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, and on the other hand the small living room with television. You will find the dining room, with a table for 10 people, and the kitchen, perfectly equipped.

 

Villa Dar Marja offers 4 bedrooms. The first two, on ground level, are both composed of a double bed, a sublime ensuite bathroom, decorated in a traditional style but enjoying all the modern comforts, with bath and double sink, and they offer direct access to the garden. The next two bedrooms, upstairs, also have double beds, but with an ensuite bathroom with Italian shower and double basque. Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms, you will find a superb terrace overlooking the Atlas and its surroundings.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace and satellite TV.

 

A hammam, as well as a massage room, are also available in the house and you can, on request, enjoy massage / exfoliation sessions.

 

In the garden you will find the swimming pool (heated with supplement), surrounded by sun loungers in the shade of parasols where you can relax, and an outdoor dining area.

The property has a range of activities and leisure for you and your loved ones: private clay tennis court, pitch and putt, private pool... you just have to choose! You will also be able, throughout the house, to have access to the Internet and the WiFi and to benefit from a set of programmes on cable and satellite.

 

The villa is not far from the places of life of Marrakech: it is only 25 minutes drive from the airport and the modern district of Hivernage and Gueliz, 20 minutes from Jamaa el Fna Square and its lively markets and just 15 minutes from the Royal Golf, Amelkis and Al Maaden.

 

The house staff, at your service every day, include a butler, a cook, a gardener and a driver.

 

The rental price of the villa includes energy consumption (water, gas, electricity), linens, staff service and various equipment (tennis, pitch putt...). Summplementary services, however, include the use of the hammam and the massage room, staff tips, the chauffeur-driven car, the heating of the swimming pool and the shopping, including purchase and delivery.
